“Peace Sign” by Ride
The iconic shoegaze outfit returns with a new album and an in-your-face single.
The venerable shoegaze act Ride has just announced their seventh album Interplay, their followup to 2019’s This Is Not a Safe Place. The first single, “Peace Sign,” eschews some of their trademark atmospherics for something much more immediate and, dare I say, in-your-face, though it’s also decked out with some warm synth flourishes.
Interplay will be released on March 29, 2024 by Wichita Recordings.
