“Ever Sing For Joy” by Ronnie Martin

Synth maestro Ronnie Martin proudly pledges his undying loyalty to vintage analog sounds on “Ever Sing For Joy,” the first single from his upcoming album, Consume Like a Moth What Is Dear.

Martin’s trademark fairy tale imagery comes out in a rush — sample lyric: “Hushed winds hover in clusters/Leaves waltz with willows” — amongst analog bleeps, bloops, and flutters that recall classic Joy Electric titles like 1996’s We Are the Music Makers. The single also includes a remix by The September Equation.

Consume Like a Moth What Is Dear will be released on CD, cassette, and vinyl by Velvet Blue Music on April 18, 2025.
